Prepare before cooking:

With complicated dishes, preparing ingredients can take a long time, so you should have a well prepared plan before starting to cook. You can utilize your free time to cut and slice ingredients, then when you start cooking, it will save you a lot of time.

Many people believe that stew dishes will take a lot of time to cook, however if you know how to arrange the cooking steps, you can actually have a lot of time to do other things. The secret is you need to seasoning and stir fry your meat quickly, then put water and reduce the heat. In the meantime, you can do other things or start prepping other food.

Freeze your food:

It is a good strategy to cook food in a large potion, and then freeze leftover on the fridge. And in busy day when you do not have time to cook, you just need to put frozen food into microwave and wait a few minutes. Your dishes will be still delicious and hot!

Use frozen vegetables:

Frozen vegetable is prepped and clean very carefully, you just need to cook them. It is one of the best way to reduce your cooking time in an efficiency way. If you are hurry, simple put water in a bowl with frozen vegetable in it, then microwave for 3-5 minutes, and it will be ready.

Use microwave instead of oven:

One potato can takes up to 1 hour and a half to bake using the oven, while it takes you about 10 minutes if you use microwave to cook, the taste also does not change much.  But if you want a flavor of roasted potato, you can cook them in the microwave first, and then bake them in the oven with higher temperature to have a perfect roasted potato in just 15 minutes.

Use barbecue grill:

The oven is a great cooking equipment to bake cake, but for meat, barbecue grill can do a much better job. Since it uses fire directly, your food will be cooked faster and also smell really good after that. It is also cook faster, but remember to turn them once in a while, or it can be burnt in one side.

Utilize ready meals:

It is totally viable to buy ready meal, and then you can seasoning it again to suit your taste and for your family. You can also combine it with your prepped ingredients to create a new dish which normally take you a whole day to do it. If it is possible, try to buy ready meal with small amount of seasoning, so it is easier for you to change it to your way.

Be familiar with knife:

Basic knife skills can help you a lot in your kitchen, since it is pretty much the most important equipment in every dish.  Furthermore, it is necessary to have vary types of knife to provide you assistant when you need them.
